Club Service is the area executing the day-to-day administration of the club. This includes identifying good candidates for membership, getting them inducted, oriented and educated. Rotarians must also be kept actively engaged in service activities throughout their membership life.
Attendance is important, both at the weekly meetings and at committee meetings and events throughout the year. Fellowship and camaraderie helps lead to service and also provides good personal and professional networking opportunities.
The weekly meetings must have compelling programs and employ Rotarians in various fellowship roles, including manning the registration table, greeting arrivals and leading the club in prayer and the pledge of allegiance.
